As most of the Baseball world pauses for a few days, we here at Extra Innings keep digging through Baseball history in search of the next great story to tell.
Tonight’s All-Star Game marks Baseball’s annual midsummer celebration. Players get a chance to recharge during the four-day break. And while fans are catching their breath ahead of the pennant push, I’m happy to say that yesterday’s Extra Innings story about the birth of the All-Star Game became our most-read story on its publication day since Extra Innings launched in March.
